Jury Deliberations with Inner-City HS Scholars
The Hon. William C. Conner Inn of Court held its annual Inner-City Scholar Fund High School Juror program, featuring mock closing arguments to a jury of high school students followed by live video of deliberations. This year's case was based on a recent copyright case alleging that the "dembow riddim" drum pattern from a 1989 Jamaican track was unlicensed by over 160 reggaeton artists and major record labels.
