Follow along with two young lawyers as they are transported into a life-sized game of Monopoly where the only way to escape is to win. Along the way, the lawyers use their legal skills to retain clients, provide legal (and illegal) assistance, and win their freedom. Help the lawyers escape by answering questions and engaging in a substantive discussion of the law. Topics of discussion include legal professionalism and ethics, Florida and U.S. Constitutional criminal procedure, and a variety of Florida and federal civil litigation topics (including pleading issues, state consumer protection laws, federal and state antitrust laws, Florida and federal class certification, and the now-more-than-ever trendy topic of standing under Article III of the U.S. Constitution and Florida law).
