TOP GUN MAVERICK - CYBERWAR
Modeled after Top Gun Maverick, this program featured “Maverick” returning to the Top Gun Trial Academy to teach the best and the brightest young litigators-cadets. The content/topic of the program was cyber security, including a discussion of cyber practices as well as the attorney’s legal and ethical duties regarding cyber practices. The program wove humorous skits, a moving rendition of You’ve Lost Your Client’s Data (sung to You’ve Lost That Lovin Feeling), cyber practices, volleyball, business email compromise, cyber security, cyber dogfights, and Bad Guy commentators, into a topical, educational extravaganza. It is an essential element of professionalism but can be overlooked. This program drove home the importance of cyber security and client data protection and sparked discussion with members of the audience.
