Join us for Achieving Excellence: A Road Map to Ensure a High-Quality Member Experience, a high-level overview of the Achieving Excellence program. Whether your Inn currently participates in the program, or if you’re thinking about opting-in for the 2026–2027 Inn year, this interactive session will provide a summary of what the program is, how it improves the member experience, and a timeline of key program dates.

A Q&A session will follow the presentation, so bring your questions and be prepared to share your experience with others.
