The first organizational dinner meeting will be held Thursday, September 13, 2012 at the

WHEN: Meetings begin with a social half hour (cash bar) at 5:30 p.m. The dinner and CLE presentation start at 6 p.m. and the meetings conclude no later than 8 p.m.
WHERE: Meetings are normally held at The University Club which is located on the 38th Floor of the Verizon Building, One Tampa City Center (across from City Hall).
RSVP REQUIRED: The University Clubcharges the Inn for each meal served. Each member is asked to RSVP using the link in their e-mail invitation no later than 5 p.m. the Wednesday before the meeting. To RSVP, click on the link in the e-mail invitation you received. Please indicate whether you will be bringing a guest. If you have any questions, please contact dmelvin@fowlerwhite.com.
TO BE EXCUSED: Per our bylaws, attendance at meetings is compulsory unless a member receives approval for the absence prior to the meeting. To be excused from a meeting, please send an email to the Inn President Judge Ashley Moody by no later than 5 p.m. the Wednesday before the meeting.
GUESTS: Inn members can bring guests to the meetings with prior approval of the Inn President. Simply email Judge Ashley Moody before 5 p.m. on the Wednesday before the meeting to obtain approval. There is a $35 fee for guests. The Inn does not allow members to send guests in their place.
