Jeremy A. Colby, Esquire of the Charles S. Desmond American Inn of Court in Buffalo, New York is currently a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John T. Elfvin of the U.S. District Court, Western District of New York. Prior to his clerkship, Mr. Colby was a practitioner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Colby received his J.D., summa cum laude, in 1999 from Boston University School of Law.
Erica Marie Mani, Esquire of the Judge John A. Field Jr. American Inn of Court is currently general counsel to the governor of West Virginia. Ms. Mani received her J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2001. After law school, Ms. Mani was an associate with Kesner, Kesner & Bramble, PLLC in Charleston, West Virginia.
